Hey everyone! My name is Erikah, and I am currently a senior pursuing Business Information Systems and Legal Studies on a pre-law track. Outside of the classroom, I’m involved as the Chair of Diversity and Inclusion for the Student Government Board, a Pathfinder, Global Ambassador, Programming Chair for the Honors College Student Council, and the Fundraising Chair for the African Students Organization. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling (my favorite destinations so far have been Barcelona, Spain, and Mykonos, Greece), listening to music, painting, and spending time with friends and family. 

Throughout my involvement at Pitt and my time studying abroad in Ireland, I have become interested in understanding and addressing the various socioeconomic factors that inhibit marginalized members of society from realizing both personal and professional goals. During my time as an Elsie Hilman fellow, I look forward to engaging with my surrounding community to help address these issues.
